At Bank of Scotland, we're vigilant against online fraud and have introduced an online anti-fraud system. But if you use our online service and the worst did happen and fraudsters gained access to your accounts with us, you can rest assured, as our online fraud guarantee means you will not lose any money as a result.

If you are worried that you may have received a phishing or scam email, please send it to security@bankofscotland.co.uk  then delete it.
