Have you forgotten your username?

If you've forgotten your username, you can get a reminder online. Just visit our sign in page 'www.halifax-online.co.uk'  and click 'Forgotten sign in details / access suspended' .

We'll collect some additional information to confirm your identity, we'll then provide you with a reminder of your username. You can receive this reminder online or have it sent to your email address.

Have you forgotten your password and/or security details?

If you've forgotten your password and/or security details or are locked out, you can reset them online. Just visit our sign in page 'www.bankofscotlandhalifax-online.co.uk'  and click 'Forgotten sign in details / access suspended'.

We'll collect some additional information to confirm your identity, we'll then provide you with a new temporary password.

If we have your correct email address we may be able to get you back online within 2 hours by issuing the first half or your new temporary password online and the other half of your email address. If your email address is not correct or you choose not to have it sent via email we can send it to you in the post within 7 days.
