We've made some great improvements to our Paper-free Service*!
Our Paper-free service is now even better! You can now receive more documents online, giving you even greater choice and control.
You can now receive:
- Credit Card statements
- Credit Card changes to account conditions
You can already receive these documents;
- Bank Account statements and most letters
- Selected Savings account statements
With our Paper-free service you can:
- Find your documents quickly and easily - they're stored securely online for two years
- Cut out the clutter and reduce your paperwork
- Save your statements into money management software like Microsoft Money
- Print documents whenever you need a paper copy
- Save paper and help the environment
Join our 1.5 million customers who are already Paper-free
Your documents will look exactly the same as before, but will be available to you online instead of by post*.
Your documents will be held within 'Paper-free documents'. They'll be presented in html format, with the exception of Credit Card statement inserts and general changes to Credit Card account conditions, which will be displayed as a PDF (portable document format).
When new documents arrive, we'll alert you by email. If you give it a try you'll soon be enjoying the benefits of our Paper-free service. You can go back to paper documents at any time.
