Below are details of how to make a claim on Halifax or Bank of Scotland Home Insurance and Halifax Travel and Pet Insurance.
Bank of Scotland Home Insurance
You can make a Home Insurance claim online or by phone. Our claims helpline number is 0845 602 6827 and lines are open 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 1pm on Saturday.
Halifax Home Insurance
You can make a Home Insurance claim online or by phone. Our claims helpline number is 0845 600 0774 and lines are open 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 1pm on Saturday.
Halifax Travel Insurance
To make a Travel Insurance claim please call 0845 604 9839 (Mon-Fri 9am - 5pm) or write to Halifax Travel Claims Department, PO Box 1037, Oakleigh House, Cardiff CF11 1HU.
Halifax Pet Insurance
To make a Pet Insurance claim call 0845 850 0268. Lines are open from 8am to 8pm, Monday to Friday and 9am to 5pm on Saturday.
Calls will be recorded and may be monitored for training and/or quality purposes. Calls from BT landlines to 0845 numbers will cost no more than 2p a minute plus an 8p connection fee. The price of calls through other phone companies and from mobile phones will be different. The call price we have quoted was correct in January 2009.
