Below are details of how to make a claim on Halifax Home, Travel and Pet Insurance.

Home Insurance

You can make a Home Insurance claim online or by phone. Our claims helpline number is 0845 600 0774 and lines are open 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 5pm on Saturday.

Travel Insurance

To make a Travel Insurance claim please call 0845 604 9839 (Mon-Fri 9am - 5pm) or write to Halifax Travel Claims Department, PO Box 1037, Oakleigh House, Cardiff CF11 1HU.

Pet Insurance

To make a Pet Insurance claim call 0845 850 0268. Lines are open from 8am to 8pm, Monday to Friday and 9am to 5pm on Saturday.

Please note that telephone calls will be recorded and may be monitored for training and/or quality purposes. Calls to 0845 numbers from BT landlines will cost a maximum of 5p per minute, plus a 6p call set up fee. The price of calls from other telephone companies will vary. The call price is correct at August 2008.
