Bank of Scotland Self-Select Stocks and Shares ISA
What exactly is an ISA?
An Individual Savings Account (ISA) is a savings product which was set up by the Government in 1999. Our Self Select Stocks & Shares ISA is an account where you can invest up to £7,200* per tax year in any of our ISA eligible investments.
On 6th April 2010, the ISA subscription limit increased to £10,200. Up to £5,100 of this new ISA allowance can be saved in a cash ISA with one provider. The remainder of the £10,200 can be invested in a Stocks & Shares ISA with the same or another provider. Alternatively, the full £10,200 can be invested in a Stocks & Shares ISA with one provider such as Bank of Scotland Share Dealing.
