Under the ISA Regulations we must deduct a flat rate charge, currently 20% from interest on your Self-Select Stocks & Shares ISA or SIPP and pay this charge to HM Customs & Revenue.
Interest rates for a Share Dealing Account are only applicable if you hold the cash in a Cash Management Account (CMA). For new customers, a CMA will automatically be opened as part of your Bank of Scotland Share Dealing Account and is used to hold cash pending investment. Please read the Bank of Scotland Share Dealing Service Terms and Conditions for more information.
*Effective from 1st June 2008 all Bank of Scotland Share Dealing Account's will have interest paid net.
