If you have a hearing or speech impairment, the following options are available to make communication easier:

  • www.bankofscotlandhalifax.co.uk/online - if you're registered for our online service, you can deal and view most of your accounts online.
  • Bank of Scotland/ Halifax branch - a selection of colleagues are British Sign Language trained and we can arrange for an interpreter, free of charge.
  • 3rd Party Authorisation for Bank of Scotland Share Dealing Accounts and Self-Select Stocks & Shares ISAs - a friend or relative can contact us and even deal on your behalf.
