Please note that we are unable to make changes to your postal address or banking details via email or Live Assistance. Amendments to these personal details should be communicated via telephone or letter.

Meeting the needs of all our customers
Bank of Scotland Share Dealing is committed to meeting the needs of all our customers. For visually impaired customers, we can provide documents in large print, Braille or on audio cassette.
If you have a hearing or speech impairment, the following options are available to make communication easier:
- Textphone - 0845 604 25 43.
- Typetalk - simply prefix our number (0845 606 1188) with 18001.
- www.bankofscotlandhalifax.co.uk/online - if you're registered for our online service, you can deal and view most of your accounts online.
- Bank of Scotland/ Halifax branch - a selection of colleagues are British Sign Language trained and we can arrange for an interpreter, free of charge.
- 3rd Party Authorisation for Bank of Scotland Share Dealing Accounts and Self-Select Stocks & Shares ISAs - a friend or relative can contact us and even deal on your behalf.
Please remember the value of your investments and the income from them can go down as well as up. You may not get back the full amount you have invested.
