Bank of Scotland Share Dealing is committed to meeting the needs of all our customers. For visually impaired customers, we can provide documents in large print, Braille or on audio cassette.
If you have a hearing or speech impairment, the following options are available to make communication easier:

- Typetalk - simply prefix our number (0845 606 1188) with 18001.
- www.bankofscotlandhalifax-online.co.uk - if you're registered for our online service, you can deal and view most of your accounts online.
- Bank of Scotland branch - a selection of colleagues are British Sign Language trained and we can arrange for an interpreter, free of charge.
- 3rd Party Authorisation for Bank of Scotland Share Dealing Accounts and ISAs - a friend or relative can contact us and even deal on your behalf.
